OMC has joined hands with Next Step, a leading Training and Development organization set up by seasoned professionals from around the world to enable the youth in Pakistan realize their creative, business and entrepreneurial potential.

OMC offers three main programs:

• MBA Essentials

• Entrepreneurship Fundamentals

• Technology Entrepreneurship

Each of these ends with a certificate for students but more importantly equips the students with tools for navigating the corporate and entrepreneurial world with a creative and innovative mindset.

OMC training team comprises of a team of professionals with work experience across multiple industries in Pakistan and primarily around the world.

Our core team currently works at the leading corporates and technology companies around the globe including but not limited to Apple, Amazon, Etisalat, ebay, Samsung, Telenor, Accenture, JetStar, Emirates, Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Our team has been recognized by each of these organizations for adding billions to the annual revenue through their creative and innovative approach to business.

Besides our core team, our programs routinely feature top government officials from various department who help guide students about the opportunities present within and outside the country and how to navigate the bureaucracy.

OMC has provided business consultancy to multiple successful start-ups that are currently based in Pakistan, USA, Canada and Australia.
